Fairgrounds & Event Center

During the COVID-19 emergency, outlets for appropriately distanced recreation are important, as long as activities are done within state and federal health directives. Cache County Fairgrounds and Event Center appreciates the patience from the public as we work to provide these opportunities while observing guidelines pertaining to social distancing and safety.

So far, outdoor equestrian arenas will remain open for individual use as well as the disc golf course. In order to comply with the Bear River Health Dept. directive, the Cache County Event Center and the Cache Arena will be closed to all users effective Monday, March 30th. The closure will remain in effect until April 13, at which time the BRHD will evaluate. Our offices, although doors locked, are available by phone during business hours at 435-755-1671. For business that can’t be completed online, please call to make an appointment with one of our staff. Together, we can get through this trial by all of us doing our part.

Mission Statement

The mission of Cache County Fairgrounds is to offer a variety of leisure and recreational services to all those who use the facility. Situated in its historical location the Cache County Fairgrounds contributes to the economic vitality of the community, promotes health and well-being, education tourism, and enhances quality of life.

About Us

  • It is the duty of the staff at the Cache County Fairgrounds to provide the citizens of Cache County and visitors to the facility a safe, enjoyable place to attend various community events and to provide spaces for private events. First and foremost of those events are the Cache County Fair and Rodeo with attendance of around 50,000 participant and spectators over a weeks time during the first part of August. Also calling our fairgrounds home is the Cache Valley Cruise-in, the largest three day car show in Utah. This car show brings over 800 vehicles of all shapes and sizes and thousands of people from all over the country on the first weekend of July every year. Other events include demolition derbies, horse shows and clinics, an AKC dog show, rodeos, and more. We also offer both long and short term horse stall rentals.
